Respected Sir, Refer to the subject matter cited above, I would like to beg your kind attention on the following points that, on 23rd of July, 2014 I have received a call informing that they are calling from 100bestbuy.com and I am a winner of a Mobile Phone out of 10 in India and also congratulated me for the same as a winner. It has been also inform that they are sending me the secret code of the mobile along with a free gift voucher and one prayer of Shows though Courier for which I have to pay Rs. 1002/- at the time of arrival of the courier and they are sending the said mobile on 15th August, 2014. But after Arrival the courier I could not found any kind of Secret code for the mobile and not found any Gift voucher (except Shows). After receiving the courier (Companies issued items details are attached hare with four ready reference) when I called at their Contact no. 08067536XXX they have informed that they will be call on 15th August, 2014. But long after waiting and not receiving any feedback I have lunch a Complain at National Consumer Furam on 18/08/2014 Vied Docket No.555406093414 and getting a response to contact with them though there contact no. 08067536xxx I have again contact with them on 19/08/2014 and replayed that they will be arrange to take a verification though telephone call at my registered mobile no. 09401545XXX(M) on the same date and will be issue the winning prize. But there was no call for the same. Frequently I have contacted with them on next few days and replayed me as same they will be contact with me and finally on 01/09/2014 when I contact with them it was replayed that they have been arranged a competition on which I am not a winner and I could not receive any kinds of gift. So such a situation I feel that the company is making cheating with the people. So you are requested to follow-up the matter and make necessary arrangement for providing me the winning Gift.
