SBI Delay in Service to Home Branch Customers

I have saving acount in SBI bank, IISc bangalore branch. Now I am shofted to IIT. Mumbai so I contact SBi bank IIT mumbai branch to shift my home branch from bangalore to mumbai. They gave me one undersign application letter and told me to mail a scan copy of it to IISc bangalore branch(sbi.02215@sbi.co.in), which i did on 18 August, 2014. Same day they replied to me to submit a hard copy them I contact IIT mumbai branch again and they told no need to submit a hard copy just send mail again. So did the same on 19 August. When I contact IISc bangalore branch on phone(mobile number given by mumbai branch 9844395xxx) the person who pick the phone speak only in Kannada, he don’t understand Hindi and English. So I contact IIT mumbai branch again and they told to me they will contact IISc bangalore branch personally. Then I send a mail again 27 August to know status of request but no response from IISc bangalore branch.

I want them to shift my home branch from IISc bangalore to IIT Mumbai branch as early as possible. Already 15 days paased after sending the request mail to the. Atleast they have to reply about the problem. I don’t know what leagal action to be taken against them but surely I will do some legal procedure if they not their work properly. Bank people are to serve us not to harass us.
