100BestBuy.Com Non Delivery of Order – Review

On 8th may 2014 I had ordered for pack of 3 Blackberry shirts costing rs, 1245 including forwarding. Using Net banking account of Ace Solar services with HDFC bank I did pay the amount on same day. I started receiving emails from info@ 100bestbuy.com asking me to pay for the order. while i had already paid. on complaining at customer care number I was informed that payment is not received. Then I initiated the complain with HDFC bank telling them that the merchant has not received payment. HDFC bank through the payment gateway contacted for refund of the deducted money. Then Merchant (100bestbuy.com) informed that they ahve received the money & the transaction ID generated by them is 536b407357d7d. With this I again contacted customer care number on 22nd May at ~ 10:30 AM when Ms. Shruti confirmed that the payment is received & within noon you will receive the confirmation & dispatch details. I did not receive & neither the 100bestbuy.com people are now entertaining the call.

I have been looking for reviews about this site of 100bestbuy.com & understand that they have been cheating numerous number of clients. Their SOP is to advertise with cheapest rates & person then falls in trap. Apart from damages i have incurred, I want appropriate action should be taken against these fraud people.
