I am a Reliance 3G dongle customer for more than a year now. Previously I was using Reliance 2G dongle for more than 2 years. The reason why I am writing to you is that my internet has not been working since Friday 9th May. And till today no resolution or any date has been provided to me.
I have received the bill as well for the duration that I have not used internet. Total bill amount 1067 Rs. Apart from this I have not been able to work from my home after my office hours because of which I have to stay for late in office. This is causing me a lot of travel charges because I have to use my own conveyance after office hours.
I want my Internet to be functional again and my bill amount to be reduced for the duration I was not able to use it because of Network issues.
