I participated in a contest which appears as advertisement while browsing the net . It was which subsequently removed tells that participate in contest and if you wont win get cash back. Contest result they will declare in one month. They never informed me the contest winner list with full details this is my first complaint.now they talk about credit points which they have not shown in advertisement of contest,this is my second grievance against them. Now they say that i quote”AS PER OUR COMPANY POLICY YOU CANNOT USE FULL CREDIT POINTS AT A TIME WHATEVER WE ARE OFFERING FROM OUR SIDE YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO USE THAT MUCH AMOUNT OF CREDIT POINTS ONLY.” I unquote.

For initiale period of 90 days they have not shown the option to redeam the popints,when i contacted they avoid and delay the period by saying that you can redeem it at only 06 hrs to 1800 hrs. Further they say that server is down at present or contact with our it team and they transfer the call which never been answered. Thus they tactfully lapsed the initial period of 90 days. Means in a very cunning and hidden way of cheating the customer on line,knowing the weak nurve of the customer, they fraudently swalloed my 799/- rs . Now to redeem it they give option to pay again 50%.
