Company name- 100bestbuy.com I had online purchase 3 Koutons Assorted Straight fit Trousers (ID -82513)(qty-3) amount Rs. 1210 on 4th April-14 as cash on delivery . I Got my product on 8th April 14 and given Rs. 1210. My Ref. no – 29764334 . ( With 100bestbuy.com) I found only 1 paint is original and other 2 are duplicate so I had called customer care and told them to send me original and they told me As per there returned policy I had need to sent product to given invoice copy. I had returned the product to the address on invoice copy . Courier name – FirstFlight , Doc.No. – M991B0401217 dated 12th april 14 and it deliver on 14th april 14. But till date the customer executive told me we will send your product next week . I also send several mail to there customer care ( service @100bestbuy.com , care@100bestbuy.com, legal@suksh.com ) but I didn’t get any response from the company . Now I thinks so they not send my product and my money . So I would want to logged a complaint against the company as fraud with the customer.
