Atta maida Sooji company – Product Complaint was raised no response

I am the Super Stockist for this product at Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) and even when the Product Complaint was raised no steps has been taken. Many quantity of products (Atta, maida and Sooji) has been returned by many consumers and traders but the company is keeping silent and not even a single reply has been given for my mails which denotes that they doing wrong and don’t want to solve the issue. Many Expiry products are currently in the Market. Without solving the issues they have appointed another Super Stockist without settling my Claims and all the issues are pending. This caused lot of mental pressure and this should not happen to any other dealers and Stockist. I have called Area Sales Manager countless times but he is not picking the call intentionally. The Super Stockist that they have appointed is not aware that a Super Stockist exist before and the company person has done intentionally in order to cheat me and the new Super Stockist and the distributors who are working for silver coin products. All the correspondence are through Mail.

Total Claims of Rs. 35,354/- is pending and 48 bags of Atta, Maida and Sooji has been returned to me and even inspite of many mails and communication company has not even taken a single step but without my knowledge they have appointed another Super Stockist.
