While I was making online purchase order with www.100bestbuy.com for the purchase of Lee jeans on 06.02.2014, their website has shown a message that I have been selected for the SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND CONTEST with best deal of pay just Rs. 699/- for an chance to win Samsung Grand Galaxy worth Rs. 21500/- The message said that “You either win or We refund of 100 % of money!” (Annexure – 1) Attracted with the contents of the advertisement, online payment of Rs. 699/- was made by me as advised in thier website, through SBI Internet banking Ref.No.1001402005296638 IGQ 7050079 to INB Times of Money Limited Account No. 30994075970 (Annexure – 2). Thereafter, the customer care executive of 100bestbuy.com contacted me (through phone number +918067539400) over my mobile phone 9442110369 at 12.23 PM on 06.02.2014 and informed me that I have been selected one among 15 lucky winners of that day and for getting KARBONN Smart HD Tablet along with the SAMSUNG GALAXY, he guided me to type SAMSUNG 83579 in the search box in their website www.100bestbuy.com, to get the link to the above offer (Annexure – 3). Further their executive have informed me that I should make a confirmation purchase to stay in the CONTEST and asked to me to pay Rs. 9999/- to get better chance of winning the contest and to get KARBONN Smart HD Tablet along with the SAMSUNG GALAXY. I was informed that the amount of Rs. 9999/- will be instantly credited in my account at 100bestbuy.com website and that amount can be utilized for online purchase at their website immediately. I denied to pay Rs. 9999/- and asked for the lower amount of confirmation, then he guided me to type SAMSUNG 66110 in the search box in your website www.100bestbuy.com, to get the link to the 100 % Cash back offer of getting ADDIDAS Men’s Sports shoe along with the SAMSUNG GALAXY Smart Phone (Annexure – 4). As advised by the Customer Care Executive of 100bestbuy.com, online payment of Rs. 2999/- was made by me, through SBI Internet banking Ref. No. CCABB 1 UFG 928 IGQ 7072688 to Avenues India Pvt. Ltd. Account No. 30993845637 (Annexure – 5). After Rs. 2999/- was transferred to the above account, a order confirmation message has appeared in their website showing their reference No.28959701 for this transaction and the message further displayed that the items will be delivered in 2-4 days & order confirmation mail will be sent to my email id (saravananngp@gmail.com) and sms to my registered mobile number (9442110369). My account with 100 bestbuy.com was also added with 2999 credits as promised by their company for a buyback offer for adidas shoe for an amount of Rs. 2999/- (Annexure – 6). Thereafter, when I contacted their customer care executives on telephone, I have also been informed that my SAMSUNG GALAXYGRAND CONTEST reference number is 13721311 and the results of the contest will be announced on 15.02.2014.
