100BESTBUY – Fraud contest refund my amount

I wish to inform you that I have participated in the contest by 100 BEST BUY for Sony Experia 2 offer where combo pack of Micromax Funbook P310 along with a wrist watch was offered along with Sony Experia 2. I was told to pay Rs.699/- for the participation and Rs.10999/- for the contest and also told that incase I do not qualify for the contest, the amount paid would be converted into points for other schemes/contest. The above payment was made by me on 10/7/14 through Corporation Bank Online Banking and the payment has already been debited to my account. The name of the concerned persons were Saket Kumar & Arjun whose contact number given were 8904048xxx & 89040489xxx respectively but none of these numbers are picked up. This means they have given wrong numbers to me. May be their names would also not be real one. Since then, my account is showing credit points of 699 and not the total of 11698. NO RESULT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY YOUR COMPANY THROUGH MAIL. For this purpose, I have been contacting their customer service deptt. on a daily basis regularly atleast 3-4 times in a day which you may also track from their system. Every day, every time some new person comes online and do not give any satisfactory answer to to my query
