Dear Sir, I am a customer of IDEA in Kolkata. I am using Rs.999+taxes plan. My problem is that I had paid my bill in an outlet of Idea on 07-07-2014 but on 12-07-2014 the company disconnected my number. I complaint regarding this but no one is listening and saying me to handle myself the problem. I sent the scan copies of the receipt and the mail in detail but that was useless too. They are harassing me by connecting for few hours and then cutting again. I am quite fade up and applying today to leave the company’s number. Due to disconnection of my mobile phone, I have lost my businesses with customer. I need a compensate from IDEA telecom for this. Pls guide and help me.
