100BestBuy Fraud Site – Be Careful

Hi, This is Sandeep. The complaint is regarding a online shopping site (100BestBuy.com). I had ordered a Denizen Men Jeans on 19th June and I paid the money online via my debit card. The HDFC transaction Id is 317006105622. After one week I got a call from them and they told me that they could not deliver Denizen Jeans as they don’t have it. They have given me other option. Then I selected a NewPort jeans and asked them to deliver and they told it will reach to me in 4-5 working days. But I did not receive any product.I called them after a week and they told the NewPort jeans is also not available.Then I told cancel my order and refund my money. The guy said OK but they are not refunding the money neither they are picking up or replying the mails. The reference no of my order was 22553092 and my mobile number is 9654117182.The order date was 19/06/2013.

I want my money back as soon as possible and also you take some strict action against these kind of online shopping sites.
