Onida – No Service support received

I have raised request with Onida Customer care regarding my Home Theater issue in May last week. Since then they are not entertaining my request and giving reason for last 2 months that part is not available. I have called lots of time and even submitted my Home theater system in their service center, but still the issue in not resolved.

I have to call them repeatedly and visited their service center twice which caused lots off hectic for me.

Compensation – All the charges should be waived off for the spare part replacement and if the service center not able to replace my Home theater spare part, Onida should give me new system.
