100bestbuy – Missing article, No Customer Care

On July 30 2014 i have orders ordered in one scheme sent me through email. That is “Koutons Half Sleeve Shirts (Assorted Colors)”, Qty-3, Total Amt-954/- which i have paid through on line net banking payment. But when i received the product on 4th Aug 2015and opened the packet inside only two quantity was there. Immediately i informed them over phone as well as i mailed them also on 5 Aug 2015. They replied to me and said that this is a packing mistake we will send you the missing article in next 5 days. Now it’s more than a 10 days but still i haven’t got the article. After that i mailed them but now they stooped replying the mail.

I want that all the money back because they have cheated me and also spoiled my time. I want a strict action against them so that they do not cheat any one further.
