Dear sir, I bought a pair of woodland shoe 20 days ago.From M/S Aero Club Woodland store Plaza market old Delhi road Gurgaon. I found out it was a defective piece, So i requested them to replace it, for which they didn’t agree.I requested them to at least repair the product. but now they are making it much worse because they are making it repaired by a local cobbler instead of sending it to the company for repair. I am not satisfy with this Please help me in this matter.I Request you to replace my shoes as soon as possible.

this is for me economic damage because my money is totally waist.
