I give an order of a saree displayed online on www.utsavfashion.in on 4th August, 2014 vide order no.UI109091204 Aug 2014. As per online status that order was to be dispatched on 14th August, 2014. But it is not dispatched yet. When I talked with their customer care executive through online chat on 14.08.2014, he replied that after checking the status of my order he will mailed me within 48 hours but I did not receive any mail regarding the same. I again talked with them today itself through online chat and again they replied that they send the order status through mail within 48 hours. I am extremely discomfort as the purpose of purchase has become void. I did not need my money back but I am mentally harass due to delay as I want to gift that order to someone.

I want some compensation for mental harassment I have to suffer due to delay.
