I have purchased “Koutons Pack of 5 Formal Shirts (Assorted Colors), Size 42” – details mentioned below- by paying Rs.1103 by Credit Card on 24.11.2013 from www.100bestbuy.com and the product was delivered on 30.11.2013. Reference No.-27768554 Order Id – 13243888 Product Name – Koutons Pack of 5 Formal Shirts (Assorted Colors), Size 42 Unfortunately the size 42 was found to be larger. Hence I need replacement with Size 40. On contacting 100best buys.com with my request I was instructed to return the product and was promised that replacement will be sent. As per the instructions received through email I have sent back the product to the address given through ‘ The Professional Courier’ with consignment number MAA516419642. But the replacement product sent was wrong. Instead of Five shirts of Size 40, I was sent with Only one Shirt of Size 42 with Shipment reference No 28134769 on 17.12.2013. Hence after contacting the customer service through phone, I have sent back the wrong product back again by Proffessional Courier with Shipment ID MAA516428516 on 24.12.2013. But once again I was sent the wrong product of “Only One Shirt of Size 42″ with Reference No 28529696. After contacting 100bestbuy.com, I have again returned the wrong product back through ST Courier Shipment ID 52045832414 dated 19.01.2013. Though it is five months since I have returned the wrong product, I am yet to get the replacement. My repeated requests to 100bestbuy.com to send me the original product I have purchased namely ” Koutons Pack of 5 Formal Shirts (Assorted Colors)” Size 40 or refund the money paid by me has failed to evoke any response till now. Kindly initiate necessary action to resolve my grievance.
