User ID-1109244145 From the first day of installation i.e 12th Nov’13 as well as several complaints to the customer service my internet connection is not working till date.Everyday lodging a complaint is like a mental harassment and visiting of so many executive to my home like a doormatry.As my net connection was not working properly i raised so many complaints for the weiver. Neither my complaints executed nor they followed me up.every time they called me i asked about my bill details,they do not gave it to me and just told me to pay some amount.When i ask that i have a complaint about my bill they say ok we will get back to you soon. Now they are harassing me by calling and say tikona lodge a complaint against me in court as i have not responded to their call. Actully i do not get any mail and call from them. Today a guy from court called me up and told me that i have to pay Rs. 3000 as a bill.But i got a message from tikona that my outstanding amount is Rs.544.also My services are suspended from 15th March and i got a bill of Rs. 800 approx from march to April.

I want to get out of this shit created by tikona.I did not use their connection a single day from the installation.I want them to relieve me from case n court because i am a student it will cost me a lot.
