I have placed an order with retail Bunny with Order ID – DXZMTMAJU and order no.1094 for a mobile Samsung galaxy quattro on may 1st but still the order has not been dispatched till 17 May 2014.Despite me calling many times and emailing there is very little response and the consumer care doesn’t have any ETA and answers for even minute queries.The Site seems to be Fraudulent and needs a severe action despite which many customers end up losing their hard earned money.
I want all my amount refunded unconditionally and the loss of interest of 25000/- i encountered i want it from the vendor. its been close to 1 month i have been waiting for my order and ended up paying all my amount without a bit of response by vendor. despite me calling up for 4/5 times and emailing for response there is no prompt action from vendor.
