I took part in online contest win samsung galaxy grand and paid 399 rs which got debited frm my a/c. After this i got call from Customer service executive 100bestbuy that i have been shortlisted in first roung and have won Devante Tablet & Power bank which they will courier me but i have to pay 9999 rs and buy their products online from their website with a total of 399 plus 9999 amounting to 10398 rs as credit points. I was told that i could use all these credit points and do not have to pay any more money for any product frm their website.I was given login & password. When i logged in to place order i noticed that i could use only 10% of the points (ie 10% 0f Rs 10398–my money) for each product i place an order for.i enquired with them and they said now u can only use 10% credits for each product. I then noticed that the price of each product was considerably high and even after applying the credit points the reduced rate was even higher than the same product model rate sold on MRP or on other websites, which means i have to forcefully buy their high rated products to recover rs 10398 which i have paid (had got debited) from my a/c. (/c statement can be produced).One would’nt buy such costly products if they have to buy from market.But becos i have paid already i need to make this forceful expense.I have not still received the courier which should have Devante tablet + power bank which was my prize. Therefore total loss for me.My money is gone and i have got nothing in return.Please help me get my money back as the products they sell are not so good.

This has caused lot of mental tension for me . I had promised my son a mobile which i was supposed to buy online from them but becos they r expensive i cannot do so as they had given me the impression that i dont have to pay anymore and can use only the credit points that i have already paid for.
