I had ordered a kurta from your portal NEEL Woman black net Anarkali with blue emb. with reference number – 26160976 from 100bestbuy.com. I received the order, but to my surprise the item sent was a kurta worth Rs 300 instead of the kurta ordered for Rs. 1297. After going through the FAQs and talking to one of executives I returned the item through speed post(speed post details attached) with a request to refund the money. I have not received any response after talking to different executives on number 08067536400 with your executives and Ms parul and Mr Suresh Kumar being one of them. The complaint number 7522942. Money to be refunded back and black listing the portal as they have very poor customer support system.
