When I took the Tikona connection, I paid for my own modem. When the service was terminated, Tikona is asking me to return the modem!! Tikona service personnel earlier told that accounts have been settled. Now they are harassing me by sending E Mails.
I want them to issue a letter to me stating that no amount or any other obligation is pending at my end.
