Dear Sir, I am a registered user in 100bestbuy and decided to purchase a product on 09/10/2013 so I ordered it Ref No.- 26502438 and make the payment through net banking but till today I have not get the product yet even I don’t know if it is book for shipping (Shipment number – F99251940)or not cause the tracking id of FIRST FLIGHT not showing any thing . Thereafter I had contact their customer service center several times but they don’t solve my problem.
