Sir , I have booked ticket from IRCTC with PNR 6324514889 Train actual departure time was 23:15 but it was delayed by more than 3 hrs ,so i cancelled my journey and filled the TDR in morning (as i haven’t have Internet at home). I got reply from IRCTC stating that not refund shall be given as i have not filled TDR with 2 hrs of actual departure of the train. Request you to consider that if train departure time is at midnight then its not possible for every body to file TDR in middle of the night,and ask you to take my case with Railway department on my behalf
