I wanted one jio sim card but the salesman gave me two jio sim cards. These sim cards i purchased from salesmen who were standing out side Samsung Galaxy shop which is near Chembur station central avenue road. The salesman were having thumb print machines under Reliance jio umbrella. Recently i opted for new Reliance jio scheme on my no 8850347658 then i got message for the other two jio nos which were not given to me they had kept it for themselves. So i immediately went to Reliance jio gallery which is at sion trombay road , opposite surana hospital , swastik park, chembur mumbai. They told me to put deactivation request i did then i was told to put suspension request i did that also on 27/03/17 but till today 30 /03 17 i have not got any response from jio.. But an officer over there told me the job is done in the system .but fur security reasons i should get message regarding suspension request and deactivation request hence i am mailing this to you hope you solve my problem.
