Misguided by Lenovo service center employee

Dear Sir, I take early leave and went to your mobile service center ( Syscomp Infosol BD-79, Sector 1, Salt Lake City, Kolkata, West Bengal 700064) on 16.06.2017 as I was not able to switch on my mobile. My token No. was 106.The representative of your company just take my mobile plug in for charging and within a few second she understood the problem of my mobile and declared that the battery was damaged.She suggest me to buy a new battery as it was not available in service center stock she told me to buy from online shops. I was not satisfied with her observation and went to a mobile repairing shop.They checked the device and the was some problem in charging port.They repair it and take charges Rs. 350 for it. Now please tell me if I buy a battery, who should pay me the amount and why she did not checked the device properly. Please reply.
