24×7 Fresh Online Grocery – Consumer Review

Hi Team, I made a payment to 24X7 fresh on 30th December, 2015 for subscription of 2 milk packets and 1 tender coconut per day Rs. 1789/- . This company has not confirmed anything back neither they have started service after 15 days also. When I call them to check with the status, the costumer care guys were very rude and they do not wanted to give proper anwers also. I have been sending emails and no response. They said the orders were cancelled and you will get money within 7 days, but still I have not received my refund. They do not respond to the emails also and there is no escalation matrix procedure for this company. Should I need to approach this company legally? Please advice. Regards, Prabhakar
