Hi, I received a call from Magic Holidays regarding the winner of lucky draw coupon. We whole family visited to Rmall, Mulund. Mr Ankit Kumar & Durgesh briefed us about the policy which is for 3 yrs worth rs 40000. We were told that this policy includes 15 Nights including domestic & International trip (Thailand – Pattaya, Phuket & Bangkok). They also told about splitting the nights and taking the nights in advance from next year. After receiving policy papers by courier, i realized its totally different from what we were told before taking this membership. Policy says we are not allowed to split or take advance nights for Thailand. Customer service is pathetic. After several attempts i got chance to speak to one of the head of Magic Holidays wherein i came to know that my membership is non refundable which was also not disclosed by Mr Ankit & Durgesh. Another thing i came to know is that my family members ( Mom, Dad & Brother) can’t use this without me or else they have to pay extra am ount wherein we were told any relative can use this policy without paying extra. I don’t know what else they have hide from us. I don’t know what to do know. Kindly help.
