I , Titli Ghosh am deeply disturbed to let you know that I have been receiving sms alerts from an unknown number stating that I have won a lottery. I generally do not respond to such messages because I am aware of them being the work of fraudsters. However, today, I received a missed call from the number +923082981712. When I responded by calling back, the call centre employee who answered my call stated that I had won a lottery from Airtel, and congratulated me. I immediately recalled the alerts of hoax calls that I keep seeing everywhere, and immediately disconnected the call. I realized then that the call of duration 13 seconds cost me 12 Rupees. This is highly uncalled for and you as a company should check that such cheats do not get access to phone numbers of your customers.

I hope you will take immediate action against such cheats.
