I have applied for mobile number portability for my existing airtel number. i am not satisfied with its services at all. Its been more than 20 days since my application and till date they not realised my number and have stopped all customer care services at my number particularly. as a consequence of which, Idea cannot allot me its number; i want to switch network to Idea. i am finding myself helpless and my bills are running in thousands. I want a proper response from the Company or Court of Law shall be the only option available at my end.
