I am Manish kumar gupta s/o Shri suresh chand agarwal has been appeared in examination of PTET 2012 and i have also paid registration fee for online counseling which was refundable in case applicant does not join collage but i was also got a government job of 3rd grade teacher in rajasthan so i did not join the course of PTET jai narayan vyas University,Jodhpur Rajasthan did not provide any link to get my fee refund.
