I had purchased a MM Model A116 HD, in May 2013, recently after a full battery charge I noticed there was no signal bars I was not able to make or receive calls, nor use the Internet capabilities of the phone, for a while subsequently Signal was on & off & later went off completely on 07/06/13, when I gave in the mobile for service/repair at the Authorised service centre ‘M/S Bright Solutions’ Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh,Vide service request No. S040253-0613-3997324. The next day upon visiting the service centre again (as they would’nt attend numerous telephone calls I made), they informed me that the Motherboard of the mobile was faulty & will need to be replaced & that it would take a minimum of 20(twenty) days. I require to leave the country in the next 10-12 days & would greatly appreciate if the repairs/service could be effected at the earliest so that I may be able to carry my new Mobile with me.
