Deducted talktime from my account for data usage even i have sufficient data pending in my account, and that’s also without prior notification. I have complained about it and they just provided me COMPLAINT NO 1528620884 on 15th may 2013 and said we will contact you by 18th may but still i have not received any response.

I want recovery of my talktime deduction as well as my business loss remuneration from Vodafone India.
