Respected Sir, I have purchased ceiling fan of Usha Company (Model Quanta Decorative) on 05/07/2012 (in warranty). After purchasing of 7 months my fan getting slow speed, sound and air flow problem when I tried to switch on the fan. So, I logged more than 10 times complaint of the fan just in 3 months to customer care and also inform the service incharge of company. But the problem still persists in the fan and usha service center is not able to rectify it.
