I have been harassed by Vodafone service providers since few months. They give different info when I call up their helpline no. 111 and when I go to the vodafone gallery they give different info. But this time they have actually crossed limits. My bill amount for the billing cycle June 19- July 18, 2013 has come very very high without the usage. It is showing bill amount of 20000+. My outgoing services were restricted on July 2 or July 3. In a span of 12 – 13 days how can bill amount go so high. I have being using this no. since last 8 yrs and the average bill amount has been 320 or so. The people at vodafone gallery are saying you might have used international roaming and high data usage. But I have not been outside Mumbai also. Also I do not download songs, movies or videos. I hardly surf and use whatsapp. So only by using this I don’t think by bill can go so high. Infact my data usage has been less compared to last few months. They told me to wait till bill is generated and then they will help. But my wait goes in a vain. They did not even allow me to use my free services as well. I had 12000 mins calling free and 200 sms free. But this service was also restricted. I use a corporate plan in which I also get 2G @ 99/- I am not going to pay the bill when I have not used the services. The Vodafone people are not helping me in this case as well. They are telling me to pay this bill. I have regularly paid bills since last 8 years. I have never defaulted. But this is the treatment that Vodafone is giving me. My mobile no. is 9819155779. The bill amount of Rs. 20000+ which Vodafone has charged me for June-July 2013 should be waived off since I have not used their services as per what they claim.I should be charged on pro-rata basis for the rental(Rs 99) and data usage(2G @99/-) from June 19 to July 3, 2013 as my outgoing services were restricted thereafter.
