Delhi Electricity Board – customer care poor service

I Have Problem to receive supply from meter to my home i complain about this in customer care 4 time but every time they tell me that with in hour our line men call you but after 48 hours i have not any call from bses my complain no on 13th october is 731 and 1336 and today 14th is 1484

from last day to till i am very ha rash with there poor service and i call many time with in a day my all day spend for this

i want immediately action on my areas officer and line man for this poor service
