I bought a power eyeglass from Anou SAI Optic Gallery. Shopkeeper recommended the glass and frame and charged me rs 850 for both. In next 5 days, the frame got cracked on its own and then i went to the same shop to repair or replacement and he asked me for 5 days to check or replace via company. After 1 week when we went to the shop again, he said that it is damaged due to some pressure. We explained him that it got cracked on its own and it was in eyeglasses case but he didn’t listen to me. He refused me to exchange after selling the product. Even after eye test, he made a glass but power is also very high in power which is affecting my eyes badly. I want to do case against him for the same experience and need refund of rs 850. please help me.

i want full refund or replacement.
