I bought a shoe from Liberty outlet at Alam Bagh, Lucknow on 28/07/2013. The shoe was hardly worn for two or three times and the sole literally Broke. I tried to get it returned or at least repaired but was of no use. I went to three different liberty outlets in Delhi. the shop people are asking for at least 300 – 400 rupees which i am not willing to pay because i was sold a defected product as no sole can broke in 2-3 wear. I have been cheated.
