Dear Sir/Madam Myself Reshma Popat Surve Having PAN No. CGBPS7213N. I have applied for Agent Advisor for Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited in the month of March-2013 my URN No. is FGII0803130027 generated. But Sales Manager has left the organisation to whom i have given my documents i have not attended any trainining & not given any exam for the same. Now I want to cancel this URN No. I have given written application to Furure Generali to process the same I have Put No. of mails & Reminders to them on the same then also they have not taken any action on it yet. Now i want to launch a complaint against this matter so kindly let me know to whom i should contact, revert back with the concerned person’s E-Mail Id. waiting for your favourable reply.
