Vodafone – Customer care BBM Services is doing unethical practices

Hi, This is with reference of Blackberry services which is not working since 3 months. Plan has been selected 399 unlimited internet and BBM services in August. I have received invoice with additional Rs.716 in Sep and Rs 146 October bill by the name of Vodafone live services. Vodafone deactivated Vodafone live services after my initiative and internet surfing stop working thru my blackberry browser. But it should work. After further discussion with Vodafone it was ensured that 716 and 146 will be deducted from bill but only 146 mount detected. I have used only BBM browser. I have complained that my internet services and BBM app are not working and stating that Check the connection whereas still getting EDGE in my mobile. I have also visited Vodafone store to resolve my issue but missing initiative from Vodafone. Today, I had called to Vodafone and they are not bothering to my concerns and give their acceptance for consumer court procedure. Vodafone is doing unethical practices like Vodafone live services and dual approach towards service commitment.

BBM services activate my handset at my door step. deduction amount of Vodafone live and BBM from date of activations 10 times of total amount as compensation they have raised for Vodafone live and BBM plan for three month.
