Xolo Mobile – FAULTY PIECE FROM COMPANY

I would like to draw your kind attention towards my XOLO Mobile Q 800 which is under warranty. I have purchased this mobile handset on 02.09.13 with invoice no. SF-2013/142579 Whose IMEI no is 911306750449109 and 911306750949108. And the same phone had many problems.

However, after 25 days of using mobile having a hanging problem to overcome this problem I called to XOLO customer care and the person suggested me to reset the handset I did the same and I lost my all data and all applications but I have n’t noticed any improvement. Infact after some days it was functioning more badly and I found one new problem that phone goes dead automatically.

To rectify this problem I visited XOLO service center on 17.10.13. The executive reassemble my phone and I found OK but after an hour the problem stasted agan. I went again to service center on 18.10.13 for resolve the problem but the person told me to submit the mobile and the same can be collected within 15 days ( work order no. is 310000168950) it was shocking that for a small problem such a big company taking 15 days . I requested them to give me an alternative mobile handset for the time being but they directly refused for the same.

And as a stupid customer I was waiting for phone gettting repaired and getting any call from service center and I realized that it was wrong decision to purchase XOLO I should have gone for any good brand like Samsung because I m not happy with xolo customer services.

After calling and visiting many a times to service center finally on 02.11.13 mobile got repaired but I lost my all the data but still it was a kind of Diwalli gift for me.

But after a week,I downloaded all the applications and noticed that the same problem of AUTO SWITCH OFF was still there.

I approached the service center again on 18.11.13 and they replaced my phone battery with new battery. But it was high time when the phone suddenly switched off and turned dead at the time of using.

‘’’’’ Ohhhhh!!!! I have purchased phone just 3 month back and mobile having lots of problems its mean I HAVE RECEIPT A FAULTY PIECE FROM COMPANY. Again I visited the service center on 02.12.13 the person again reassemble phone and I found ok but suddenly after 30 minutes mobile having same problem and it was switched off.

Next day I visited the service centre and this time person said you have to wait for 20 to 25 days for repair. I submitted my handset to them on 03.12.13 with work order no 310000168950. And handset is still with XOLO service center.

Sir you can’t imagine how angry I a m in time of typing this mail if any responsible person reading this mail it’s a humble request to you please replace my mobile phone handset with new phone as I have hardly used this phone or REFUND ME THE AMOUNT IN MY BILL WHICH IS MY FIRST PRIORITY AS I AM TOTALY UPSET WITH THE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF XOLO COMPANY TOWARDS ME.

Kindly help me and find a solution I am totally disturbed with this. Reply me as soon as possible.
