I regret to inform you that the a for said Gas Service agency is not delivering LPG to the consumer. Saying that there is scarcity of supply & need to wait till mid Jan’14. Secondly, they use to send delivery van but it neither deliver cylinder to any home. We have to wait on que. It is consuming our valuable time. They charge each LPG cylinder at Rs. 404 to 410.

Pleas make them realize the mistake they making by fooling consumer. Let them ensure that as per rule Cylinder need to deliver on time to right to the consumer without troubling the consumer
