My complaint is regarding new connection. I have submitted all the required documents along with installation fee (Rs.6000) in the month of July, 2013 but now they are denying to install new connection at my home. I have logged many complaints as well but still connection is not given to me. IGL guys are saying that they can’t install new connection as my home design is not ok. My point is that why they don’t follow standard procedure, why the survey was not done before collection of documents and money from me?? And how can they deny to install the new connection after holding my money for 5 months??
want that connection should be installed as soon as possible and if they are not doing that then give my money back with penalty amount of Rs.50000.
