Indian Railway TDR – A misbehaving employee

Hello Sir, Today in the morning I along with my mother went to book a ticket from New Delhi to Bangalore. Since the inquiry computerwas not functional we were not able to find the train number. After standing in the queue for 5 long hours we were asked to leave the queue and get the train number by Ruchi Saxena. We explained her that the enquiry counter is not functional but she started misbehaving with us and asked her to file a complaint with her supritendant. We requested her several times but she did not listenee to us and threw our form. It was a very miserable situation where we had to leave after 5 hours standing in the queue without a ticket. Please let me know how I should escalate this issue to right authorities. Thanks, Davendra

The culprit should learn to deal with public as she is sitting a public dealing counter.
