sir i am harsh ojha,engineer in prasar bharti. after 11 days my no is again activated,but missed call alert service is activated automatically which i did not activated.also again and again my no. is either deactivated or terminated by reliance. i am very much frustrated by such behaviour of reliance

account balance of rs 30 has been deducted on account of missed call alert. also i was in a puzzeled situation when suddenly my no. was deactivated.

deactivated any value added services from my number.return all money of 30 rs.also i want written assurance from any responsible officer from reliance that my number will never be deactivated or terminated again.
