I had clicked on the link win Samsung Galaxy S3 worth Rs 32570 Pay just Rs 599 Samsung Galaxy S3 Rs 32570 . You either win or we refund 100% of your money I had also paid the said amount of Rs. 599/- wide my credit card on 04-01-2014. I immediately receive a call from on of the executives – Aditya – saying that i need to pay further taxes and other components which in all amounted to another 7800/- or so.. I told him I was not interested in the Offer and that for what ever I have paid being Rs. 599/- I should be given any other product of that value. This person asked me to call the call center and inquire. I have been trying the call centre number 3-4 time with out any reply. While trying to reach them I have ask to send any product to same value but they told you can avail only 10% of my deposit amount, rest of product I need to pay again so I am looking in the alternate for booking an online fraud criminal case under the IT Act.

How i can get product either money refund from company because i had talk 6-7 time in customer care
