For last 1 year i am following up with dell team for multiple issues which doesn’t allow me to work at all on my laptop. They have changed almost all the important parts of my laptop twice but the issue still exists. Also as advised by dell team, i had my laptop inspected by their authorized service center, but still the issue exists. I am harassed with the service.

1. Since the the dell team is unable to resolve my issue and i have waited for past 6 months with both monetary, physical and mental harasment. i advice the dell team to reaplace my laptop with a new one .
