Dell India Pvt Ltd – Product is not serviced as per warrenty

Purchased laptop from dell india through their customer care on: 09-11-2011 with a additional payment of Rs 7000/- for extended warranty which Purchased laptop from dell India through their customer care on: 09-11-2011 with a additional payment of Rs 7000/- for extended warranty which ends-10-11-2014. For last 1 year i am following up with dell team for multiple issues which doesn’t allow me to work at all on my laptop. They have changed almost all the important parts of my laptop twice but the issue still exists. Also as advised by dell team, i had my laptop inspected by their authorized service center, but still the issue exists. I am harassed with the service.

1. Since the the dell team is unable to resolve my issue and i have waited for past 6 months with both monetary, physical and mental harasment. i advice the dell team to reaplace my laptop with a new one .
