This is in regard that I have got my ATM card a month back but still I have not got my ATM PIN and whenever I go to the bank and talk to any of the employees they will not respond properly and over to that they just refer me to call the customer care number which is 1800-11-2211/1800-42-53800 and we have to0 be in the queue for about 20 to 25 minutes but still not even a single representative will answer the call. Over to that they talk very rudely to the people.
I require just my ATM PIN and would like that all the employees in the bank should talk to the customers politely. I require a remuneration of Rs 10,000 for this loss. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
