Airtel – Wrong name for past one year on the bill

I had started the corporate connection, post paid service of Airtel since February 2013, and the name on the bill comes wrong each time. A middle name is forcefully put, spelling on the bill is wrong, and my marital status changed. I’ve been intimating since then a number of times and re-submitted my identification proofs many times but the changes are not done. I require all my bills with the correct details as I need to get the reimbursement for the amount at my office. Password to open the bill is mje1
