i’d had placed an order of spice pinnacle fhd mi525 mobile on 23rd march 2014 and received the material on 28th march 14. after it was opened and found that the wifi is not working.it opens and closes immediately , so wifi connection. the complaint has been given to ms. arpit of your company and she assured that the reply will be given to me within 24 to 48 hours.it is for your record and information for further action. again on 02 april got a call from snap deal stating that the item will not be replaced .only it will be repaired.as per this report the undersigned does not want to get it repaired & only the amount of my phone may please be refunded to me.no replacement is required.the conversation of the executive was so rude.if my amount is not refunded to me i will go to the consumer court or the media.
