I gave a laptop for repair. They took advance payment from me ie. rs 3200 out of which Rs 1000 was their service charges and 2200 for the part which according to them was to be repaired. They were not able to repair my laptop and it was returned to me but the amount of 2200 has still not been returned. According to the company officials the amount has been approved on 27th january and it should reach to me within 45 days. The time period is over and now when i call them i get a reply that some repair work is going on and they will not be able to refund the amount to me and they dont know when will they be able to do so.

Atleast my amount of Rs 2200 along with the interest.
